Not a nice place to live. I'm so glad I moved out last month! Constant roach problem and appearance of the units are deteriorating. The replacement unit they put me in appeared to be "falling apart" from the ceiling areas. My previous unit had a major water problem which resulted in 99% of my belongings destroyed. Upon move out I was charged for fees that didn't seem fair. One thing about management is they will add up as many fees as they can. I now live at Asheville at Spring Branch and they are SO much nicer! I would definitely recommend if you are moving to NOT move to The Reserve and check out the Asheville (on Clay Road) instead.

I currently live here. And back when i signed up to live here in 2021 the rent was offered to be $728 per month for 12months for a 1bed room. I will say do not rent here. They keep your balance a mystery and what is the true balance one must pay. Also, once they have you in the lease then they will use the excuse of higher water charges to up your rent. This place went from me paying 728 to 900 in less than 6 months. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE! I am glad I will be leaving this place soon. And will make it so no one ever rents here again.

I would personally thank the manager Candy Abrego at the reserve city center north her honesty and truthfulness and professionalism was awesome. I really appreciate everything the staff did to make my move in transition possible. Also the reviews about the pests are not true my apartment was immaculate and clean no issues or complaints Thank you again Candy you and your staff made me feel welcomed and valued in every way

Bianca Cruz the assistant manager has been nothing but good to me. Affordable apartments, and pretty quite. The pricing for what you get is fair. Maintenance has fixed any issues Ive claimed. Good guys. Only thing I do not like is the laundry machines. Only a few driers and washer seem to work. I stopped trying a long time ago and just wash at a friends place Overall this place has been pretty good to me. Thanks.
