I personally didn't read the reviews until a couple of days before move in. But upon reading several reviews I had hoped some of the reviews were exaggerated but doubted that they were. However, I lived here years ago when it was called Skyview at Palm Center. My experience was a very good one at that time. This is why I initially didn't mind moving back. I have been here for several months. Now my experience hasn't been terrible but doesn't compare to my previous experience. Being a Local Guide I hope to be able to give a better rating as time goes on. I can definitely agree with other reviewers about the higher than normal water and light bills, frequent water turn offs, maintenance repair delays, noisey train, and just plain unfair treatment sometimes. Also, there really are too many fees charged for the services offered.

This is a ONE year living space ONLY. To be honest its only that for college students as well. Every week about two times out the week they will shut the water down ALL day leaving you with no water from 8am-6pm! The landscaping is absolutely terrible and there are NOTHING but roaches and bugs EVERYWHERE! Even in your apartment complex! No matter how often pest control comes it is inevitable! No matter how often you clean. The only good things about this place is the space of the apartment and the location of it. Very convenient going places unless there is a train then be prepared to wait 20 minutes. The office people are sometimes rude too, but the manager is really nice always!
