DO NOT LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS TURN YOU AWAY! THOSE ARE JUST FROM A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD ISOLATED ISSUES. I have been living here for well over a year now. There is no such thing as a perfect apartment community. Sync took over this property from Greystar and they did inherit a mess. I can say that there has been noticable improvements to the building itself and they have stepped up security A LOT! I love that we have security guards at the parking garage monitoring who's coming in and out. The new property manager Jorge has been phenomenal so far and he is very attentive to the tenants. I will say that there still needs to be improvements in how quickly the front office responds to residents and they do need to do a better job at answering the phone when people call. But those are just small issues. The bigger picture is that the property has improved dramatically since SYNC took over. They are working their hardest to improve the property and it's paying off. I renewed my lease here because of the improvements that have taken place.

New parking passes & towing policies AND newly tiled hallways are major improvements. Management is listening to complaints & suggestions & working daily on additional improvements. This complex is worth considering.
GREAT Apt with well working security entry. Nice Sized sq ft Apts. Up to date security for the entire Complex.
