Walk to the beach via the private boardwalk. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, steam room, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and Coco's on the Beach.
Lease Details:
12-month lease — Furnished
Rent: $1,600/mo
Security Deposit Requirements:
Credit Score 700+: $500 minimum deposit
Credit Score 600 - 699: Deposit equal to one month's rent
Credit Score 599 and below: Please call our office to discuss additional options.
Application Fee: $60
No pets. No smoking.
Utilities included: water, sewer, basic cable, internet and trash.
Community Registration — Required Before Move-In
Hilton Head Resort is a private gated community. All tenants must register with the Regime Office prior to move-in. Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.
