This premium Villa is situated directly on the lagoon with a beautiful direct water view! Enjoy a meal on the balcony and watch all the wildlife in and around the lagoon. One of the nicest features of this Villa is all the huge windows which let in so much natural light. This gorgeous Villa was recently renovated and every thought was given to the comfort of our guests. This private Villa has two bedrooms on the upper level. The Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a panoramic water view and an attached private full bath. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a set of bunks with a full on the bottom and twin on top. It has its own bath in the hallway just outside the bedroom. The updated furniture in the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. There is a television in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, glassware, cookware, pots and pans. The kitchen also has a large island with bar stools and a full-size front loading washing machine and dryer!
Don’t worry about lugging your beach chairs on this trip…we have taken care of that for you. You will find several beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys for your use. Parking is also convenient just out front of the Villa.
The community property is landscaped naturally with trees & palms and several bridges around the meandering lagoon which runs through the property. It is a gorgeous and peaceful setting with lots of wildlife yet minutes from all the action of the south end of the island.

Monthly rate: Complete contact form for all inquiries including short term(4 day min-weekend/weekly) or single month snowbird rates: 1/2 month refundable security deposit required for 3 months or less. Application with credit and background check required via Avail. Less than 90 day rental requires STR tax by law which is not included. All utilities included. No boats, trailers, commercial vehicles or motorcycles are allowed. No sublets allowed. No golf cart or RV access. No item storage on property. No smoking. No pets allowed unless a service animal.
