Perfect for remote workers, traveling professionals, in between homes or just looking to enjoy extended time in wine country the lease duration is determined by tenant need. Owner pays landscaping and all utilities (internet/water/electric/recology). $250 cleaning fee, $1000 security deposit (refundable) and 50% first month's rent due at lease signing. We're happy to welcome dogs - there a one time $100 fee per dog (this goes toward the cleaning cost).

The property is 15 minutes away from everything you need to enjoy wine country. You can walk to the lively downtown plaza, venture to the vineyards for wine tasting, stroll to Fitch Mountain for a hike, or wade in the Russian river. The house is easily accessible, with no stairs and one small step in front of the house and to the garage.

Three bedrooms all feature super soft linens, ample closets and storage for your stay. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub and double sink vanity. A washer/dryer is available in the garage, along with a Peloton bike for guest use.

The kitchen is great for those who love to cook with Viking appliances, cooking amenities and spices. A Fellow Electric Kettle, Chemex and Nespresso should cover your coffee and tea needs.

For remote work there are multiple workspace options inside with a desk that can be moved to your preferred working location. You can also work outside as the high speed WIFI extends to the outdoor dining area. When you’re not working the fenced in and private backyard also has a firepit, BBQ grill and lounge area for relaxation.

We hope you enjoy the garden and property not just to view, but to eat! We encourage guests to pick from the garden (we have sage, basil, mint and rosemary for herbs as well as squash, tomatoes and strawberries). We also have fruit trees that are young but already producing - peaches, meyer lemons, plums, figs and even artichokes. Take your pick!
