This is a late review for the new apartment management's staff. Although I am no longer your tenant, you took care of my concern the best that you can. You are the total opposite of the previous manager and his wife who never did anything right. I appreciate you Fernando for keeping your word.

If you want cockroaches, bedbugs, plumbing and mold issues, this is what youre dealing with. Not a place for decent people whatsoever and living conditions may become uninhabitable very quickly. Cheap fixtures and shortcuts taken on maintenance. If you have a problem, the building manager will refer you to the management company which is impossible to get ahold of.
Real Estate Connections is just another slumlord scammer and youre better off taking your money and your family elsewhere.

I lived at this apartment building about a year now. The apartment manager Lety was friendly and nice. The utilities are paid four which is nice. I moved 1 month prior to a rent increase; however they were kind enough to give nearly 9 month notice to adjust my budget. I don't have a big problem and I am not the cleanest person, and so far repairs are take care of within a couple of days. Keep in mind the building is decent and you get what you pay for (it's an older building so the bathrooms are older, water pressure isn't the greatest, but it not terrible). The managers do a good job about kicking out problematic tenants, which I can appreciate.

A disaster the moment I moved in. Administrators promised to repair everything that is not working. The manager was asking me right there and then if I want to take it or not because they will give it to someone next in line. Decided to move in because of low starting rent. When I pressed on them for repairs and pest control, omg there were thousands of bugs, I got a note posted on my door for rent increase! And I haven't even been here for half a year! Apparently my concerns went into deaf ears as I learned that THERE IS NO RENT CONTROL LAW IN THIS CITY. I should have known better.
