I am happy to be a resident here. My neighbor are nice and friendly. It is a very peaceful, and quiet community. There is plenty of room, and I have a one bedroom. Plenty of closet space. Beautiful surrounding, I feel safe. Office staff are helpful, respectful, caring and some of the nicest people I had to deal with in my rental experience over the years. Maintenance staff are kind, respectful as well as they gets the job done if you need to contact them. Their response and handling of issues is very quick. Thank you to everyone I have come in contact with since I have been here!
The people here are wonderful! The maintenance guys, Chad and Robert are fantastic! You never have to wait if something needs to be fixed....
The people here are wonderful! The maintenance guys, Chad and Robert are fantastic! You never have to wait if something needs to be fixed. We have been here 2 years and have no complaints at all. It's very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that the kitchen is smaller than I am used to. We will miss you guys, but we are headed back to Arkansas to be with our grandkids!
