Aggressive Dog Breeds that are not permitted include American Stafford Terriers, Chows, Doberman, Rottweilers, Dalmatians and Cane Corso breeds. Any combination of these aggressive breeds will not be permitted. NO EXOTIC animals are permitted. NO reptiles or amphibians that are dangerous, harmful or poisonous animals will not be allowed. Small caged birds (finches, parakeets, canaries), fish (maximum of 50-gallon aquarium) and caged hamster, or gerbil, and rabbit are allowed, and a Pet Fee/ Pet Rent is not required.
