1219 Brewster St Unit 3

This is not an apartment, this is a 20x10 / 1 room in my townhouse with a shared bathroom and kitchen with me, the owner of the home. The room is on the second level of home so you must be able to go up and down 15 steps to get to your room. The room is large enough for a single person, not a couple. I am a quite and prefer the same. I prefer whoever moves in not to have pets, all though I do have one senior cat. The room is not large enough for a king or queen bed, you must have a single bed. I prefer a no smoking! If you do not have much furniture then we could possibly have a small refrigerator added to the area. The room has closet space. I have bad allergies so vacuuming regularly is a must ! Being clean, neat and tidy is a must. This is a nice little area walking distance from downtown Arbutus, plus would would have your own parking spot. As of right now I do not have pictures posted of the room because my furniture is still in it, however the furniture will be move out of the room before the move in date.
