This upstairs apartment at 43 Wayside Avenue occupies the entire second floor (about 1,500 sq ft) of a 1918 duplex in Hagerstown’s North End, fully renovated with all brand-new appliances. It has two large bedrooms plus a smaller third bedroom, so it works for two or three people.
