Safe, street parking is available. This space is perfect for a quiet get-away near the beach, many hiking / biking trails, and close to the wine country of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.

12 Month Lease. No smoking is allowed on the premises. This is a NO PETS property. All utilities and Wi Fi included.
