I've been here for almost 6 months and my only real complaint is parking. They really need to have one reserved spot per apartment, because more often than not there are people that don't live here parking in front of the building, leaving residents that live on the back side of the building with nowhere to park that's convenient or close to their apartment. I've never had any issues with maintenance, they're pretty good about it. However, there are a couple of people in the office that are unnecessarily rude, but overall not a bad staff to work with so far.

We sold our house to retire and moved here 2 years ago. We can't believe how lucky we were to find this place. All the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Maintenance guys are paid a bonus based on how happy their customers are with their service. We've found that they arrive quickly and bend over backward to make us happy. Several of our neighbors have been here for several years and the reason they have low turnover is pretty obvious. It's a great place to live!

Great staff! One of the best places I've ever lived. They seem to genuinely care about their residents. I've lived in quite a few apartments over the years, but these seem to be quite a bit better managed. I will likely renew my lease once again this year unless something drastic happens.

Awful place, no wonder the star count was so low. We came in thinking it had to be a mistake, but I'd imagine that's how they get people. We saw the abysmal rating and came to look anyway, but they put on a nice face and we ended up staying. First they messed up the lease and we ended up with 14 months instead of 12. Then if a complaint is received for anything they'll spam all the apartments rather than address the problem with the individual. *PARKING IS OUTRAGEOUS* you either need to park in a non-spot and hope you don't get towed or park hundreds of meters away. Lastly Beth, in the office seems to withhold vital information hoping to cash out when you do leave. DO NOT RENT HERE!

My boyfriend and I moved in here in June and were out of our year lease by September. In the short time we lived there we had 78 maintenance issues. Some of the things include: leaking dishwasher, leaking toilet (4 times), mold in the shower, garbage disposal didn't work, etc. The one I will touch on the most was our problem with the bathroom sink. I had called to tell maintenance that our bathroom sink was leaking underneath and ruining our things that were in that cabinet. Maintenance came twice to fix it. After it didn't work the first time they came back and replaced the knobs on the sink. Later than day I went in the bathroom to brush my teeth...when I turned on the water the knob shot off in the air and started spraying water EVERYWHERE. While trying to shut the water off I was electrocuted because the water had sprayed all over my extension cord I had on the floor. There was a good half inch to an inch of water standing in the bathroom, covering the WHOLE floor by the time I got it off. It then took me an hour to reach the emergency maintenance number. When the man called me back and I explained my situation his response was, "Well I just pulled in here to Steak N Shake so I'll be there after I eat." ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?! I then called my boyfriend at work and explained it all to him. Frustrated, my boyfriend then called him and re-explained the urgency and the man gave the same reply. My boyfriend felt uncomfortable with me being there alone when this man came due to his attitude; so he came home from work. When the man finally arrived (an hour later) my boyfriend came out of the bedroom to check in the bathroom and make sure things were going smoothly and the man said to him, "Come in here to chew on me some more?!" We tried to explain all of the issues we had with him to the office as well as the head of maintenance but he was not reprimanded in any way. Our final request was that he NEVER be allowed in our home and that someone else be sent. However the office wouldn't promise us that. They offered us $50 off of our rent for one month. Considering we had over 70 problems in the 3 months we were there and the fact that they wouldn't do anything about this man's unruly behavior.. we just wanted out. This apartment complex is COMPLETELY unprofessional and even more DISRESPECTFUL. Unless you're looking for a quick way to BLOW YOUR MONEY...STAY AWAY.

I have only been here for a few months and the office staff is terrible. Everyone is on different pages in the office and they will do nothing to help you unless you fight with them. I have had many issues and Beth in the office continues to say she is trying to fix them and has yet to come up with a logical solution. Problem 1. Water is paid divided among the apartments and when I signed up I was told that I was going to be charged for what I use. Instead I am paying for what the 5 people below me are using as well. My water bill is about $15-$20 a month and thats for TWO people. The 5 people below me are paying the same thing. Problem 2. I have a leak in my apartment coming from the roof. Bayshore expects me to run a fan 24/7 in my apartment to help dry out the leak. They can't give me a timeframe for when it is going to be fixed because it depends on when the snow melts off the roof and the leak is right about my TV. Sorry paying $800 a month for rent and not being comfortable in my own place is not right. I am currently looking to break my lease and have a lawyer to represent me in getting my money back. Fed up with the nonsense ready to live somewhere were the staff cares.

I had a friend who lived here for over a year and I absolutely loved it while she was there. We never had any problems and everyone seemed really friendly. I moved in here in January and the staff has been very helpful and nice. Very happy with my choice to move here :)

i 100% agree with the other review left for this complex i currently live in these apartments and 100% not satisfied with staff or my apartment they treat me like i am a pice of trash i ALWAYS pay my rent on time and they never do anything to help me out they wont even let me move my satellite from my old apartment to my new one and i always have random dogs walking on my patio off their leashes the staff is a joke and they never have anyone at the club house ever!!!! i know i am paying way to much for a 2 bedroom apartment at $777.00 a month but i though i was going to be paying for good staff but i was way wrong ! i would NEVER reommend these apartments to anyone and sadly i am stuck in my lease for another year :(
