Here's a suggestion: the $300 y'all offer for referrals, put it towards updates. ie. the pool, bridge/steps around the pond, gym equipment And this summer.. do better about enforcing underage children not being at the pool without an adult. the same kids were ALWAYS there last summer being rough and showing no respect for anyone else there. plenty of times they almost hit my toddler or jumped/swam into us. for the area we live in, the price is reasonable and there's not a terrible increase in price with a renewal. updating would just suit everyone and make living here so much more enjoyable.

I've lived at Lakecrest since August 2016, and had great experiences throughout that time. With all apartments (or homes, for that matter), you'll have issues. I've had a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be handled, but after submitting a work order, through either the office staff or through the RentCafe app, the issues were always addressed in a timely manner. Lakecrest has been a great move for myself and my two girls. They have great friends in the neighborhood, and we've definitely experienced a level of community that I did not have at previous apartments I have lived in. It's been an amazing experience.

While its very affordable, you get what you pay for. For the first 4 months of living at this complex, I had no heat or A/C. It took 5 months for them to realize that my unit (or the building unit was broken) and another 2 weeks for them to fix it. I had to break my lease due to a job transfer, I signed a 60 day notice with no penalty. They charged me a penalty for breaking the lease without a 60 day notice as well as inflated costs for cleaning. In a 700 sq ft apartment, I was charged over $800 worth of cleaning. These folks are scammers.

I moved here March of last year. It's been a generally pleasant experience. I love the location and watching the lake as I drive in helps me decompress from work. The walls between the townhouses are amazing. I never hear my neighbor's grandchildren (And he tells me they are loud!). He assures me that he's never heard us, despite the fact that we watch movies with surround sound frequently. In general, the area is fairly quiet. Both my brother and I work third shift and neither of us have a problem sleeping. Emergency maintenance requests have been done within 2 hours and general maintenance within 72 hours. The only reason I deducted a star was because the insulation with the doors and the windows isn't all that great. In general, we greatly enjoy living here. We just signed a new lease and I don't foresee moving out unless personal circumstances change.

The staff is ok at best but the apartments are just outdated and crappy. The air doesnt get cold and the kitchen has pests and thats after pest control that I pay for in my rent..plus the gym is a wreck and the floor in the racquetball room is coming up. Weve had so many issues with our apartment And its taken maintanence forever to get out to us. Theres trash everywhere and its so ghetto! Do not move here so not worth the ass load of money they charge you. Everything is old and outdated and best they can do is redo a tennis court.

I have lived in Lake crest for about 2 years now and it has sucked!!!! There is trash in the parking lot, the lights in the hallway go out for hours every couple of days and the apartments are in buildings so it's pitched black to where it's unsafe at night. My car has been broken into. I have had bugs, my air has went out twice after being replaced previously. I have had over 15 service calls. Management in the office say they will make sure issues are fixed and they never do. I hate it out here and will never recommend anyone to ever move out here! They have bugs, rats and trash!!!! Don't even consider them!!!!!! They do not care about you once you sign that contract!!!!!

I've lived at Lakecrest for just shy of three years, and if I weren't moving to another city I'd be planning to stay a lot longer. The staff is friendly, and the units are generally quiet. Rent is reasonable, and I pay less than most of the people in my office here in Greenville in spite of feeling like I'm living better. Some of the utilities are a bit old, but maintenance has always been prompt in fixing issues when they've popped up over the years in heating, cooling, plumbing, or kitchen appliances. I'll miss walking around the lake in the summer and I hope I can find someplace as nice in my new city.

I LOVE LAKECREST! I have lived in many apartment complexes and by far, lakecrest has been the best experience so far. I totally recomend that you stop looking and move right in to lakecrest. The lake on the property is stunning. I hope to live here for many years to come! THANKS LAKECREST

Just wanted to say that living here has been an amazing experience! I've loved the staff, the grounds, the pool, the lake, the entire time here. Any time I've had a maintenance request, the team comes out here and fixes the problem quickly. I had my AC go out, and one of the techs I think his name was Anthony came out and fixed it in no time at all and told me that if I had any more requests to let the office know so he can come out and service them. I am happy to live here and hope to renew for another year!
