The place is clean, quiet, and neighbors are pretty nice. Maintenance is always on point and professional. The only bad thing I have to say is it's too expensive with the ancillary fees.

Please avoid living here anyway in you can! I couldn't find the second set apartment key when I moved out, I was charged $70 for two keys, and I paid. But just recently I found these keys and was thinking if I return them to the office I should be able to get the key portion fine back. Manager was not willing to help, she said throw them away. If these keys are worthless, why do you make it such a big deal when I moved out. Additionally, the water and sweage bill is crazily high, l lived by myself and majority of the time I'm not in the apartment. Since the community share water bill, even you don't use anything, you will still have to pay for what others use. The bill first started to be around $50/month when I first moved in, and later it gets to $70+. Please live somewhere else, and deal with more professional people
