We offer furnished month to month units. Furnished units are not pet friendly. We do however pay all the utilities including WiFi and cable television.
Unfurnished units require a 1 year lease. Tenants pay all utilities with exception of water, sewer garbage. We do not accept dogs but will allow one cat with additional security deposit and monthly rent.
All potential tenants over 18 must submit an application. We do not accept third party applications. You must apply with Bosley Properties. Successful applicants will have verifiable rental history, good credit, clean background and have income 3X the monthly rent. We do not currently accept housing vouchers.
