Newer building in the last few years. Not maintained properly.. Exterior needs cleaning. Interior "common walls" need painting. They did some touch up last year and paints and finishes don't match.. Looks bad. Carpets could use cleaning. Poor maintenance is the 1st sign of a building no longer being a premier location to live. This should be a five star location.
