A renovated apartment in a SAFE area that is less than a mile away from all hospitals on Medical Mile! Great extended stay for traveling professionals and others in need of temporary housing! All utilities & great wifi included! This unit is in the heart of Grand Rapids and within walking distance to many top locations! This place has everything you need to make it your home away from home.
Everything in the unit has been recently renovated. All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days.
Small dogs are allowed. There is a $149 pet fee and will be charged via the pay request process. There is also an additional $40/mo/pet. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! There is also a one time $199 cleaning fee.
Kitchen is stocked with: dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, coffee pot, toaster, knives, cutting board, and coffee.
Bathroom is stocked with: hand soap, towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, and first aid kit.
Mattress has mattress protector and pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay to ensure CLEAN and SAFE sleeping quarters.
