Management does not care about maintenance requests that are not imperative to fix, as we have had a broken kitchen appliance and drawer since we moved in over a year ago.
As a girl who often works late nights as a bar server, I asked management if I could park in the lot immediately in front of my apartment rather than the spot I was given over a hundred yards away (and no, at night there is no lighting between my apartment building and spot). Rather than swap me out with another tenant so that we could BOTH benefit from spots closer to their own buildings, management took their usual lazy route and shrugged their shoulders.
In another parking lot incident, my roommate spent one night in a spot that is always empty. He walked to class at 9, when he got back at 12 the car was gone. Management had his plate number, but they never bothered to call or knock on the door to give a warning (I was home at the time). After towing, there was absolutely no note or call to let us know where his truck was, so we had to wait for the lady to return to the office after her lunch break so that she could tell us it is at Randys. She didnt bother to tell us that we could only pick up by appointment, or that most major cards could not be used.
