Rental Requirements:
• Good Credit standing based on Experian Credit Reporting Agency.
• No judgments, evictions, or collection accounts from any rental home within the last 7 years.
• Income must be two (2) times the monthly rental amount.
• Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year employment history with a minimum of six (6)
months at the current employment.
• Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year of good rental history.
Deposit & Fees:
$650.00 or up to (1) month's rent based on qualifications
$150.00 Administration fee (Non refundable)
$400.00 Pet Fee/ per pet/ 2 pets maximum (Non-Refundable) Size and breed approval will be determined by the on-site manager. (No Pet Rent)
