I've been here for over a year now and I love it. It's quiet and clean. I make good use of the beautiful clubhouse - free coffee, meet and greets, excellent gym, not-too-crowded pool - it's a nice place to relax or get some work done. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I recently toured Essex Chase and was very pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and all around true relocating concern that Carol Powell, a leasing agent, had shown during my tour. I was also able to work with Kristin String, the property manager, and she is a real pleasure to speak to and also very professional and true relocating concern towards my upcoming move. I currently rent at Hamilton Green in Mays Landing which is a community owned by the Scully Company. Everything that Essex Chase offers are creature comforts that I have grown accustom to now. The entire community is very well kept, the clubhouse, state of the art gym, pool, locker rooms are all tastefully designed and very modern. Essex Chase is conveniently located near a lot of up and coming construction in the area as well as near many other great things that the area offers. Mathew S.

We've had enough. Hey Essex Chase Apartments, your corporate office needs to call us tomorrow- not the useless "management" office on property. We have consistently paid you $1865 on time every single month for NINETEEN MONTHS without fail. You, however, have failed us at every turn. These pictures were taken ten minutes ago when we attempted to take our trash out. This cesspool of waste is nothing new. Identical pictures have been sent to Renee multiple times -along with a request for speed bumps and a request that her team start doing their jobs- with zero solutions. In fact, I asked for a meeting over a month ago and have yet to be given a date/time. If you're seeing this and considering renting these "luxury" apartments, RUN. Our apartment is beautiful, but it's ruined by the nonstop problems every time we leave the front door. And if you have flowers delivered and they're left at the leasing office? They'll keep them, never tell you they were delivered, and comment about how much they were enjoying them when you come in to pick them up. Zero service or basic human consideration. But they'll gladly take your money. Better to light your $2k a month on fire and warm your hands. My next stop is to the township.
