This is a great place to live. Pet friendly and Amber, Kim, and Jim are absolutely outstanding employees. Jim the head of maintenance is on top of issues and response quickly to any issue to get it fixed as fast as possible. The rental process is easy and it was a joy to work with Amber and Kim during the rental process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

I also have had the fastest and friendliest Maintenance staff. Jim is outstanding and so fast!!! I love living here and I love Mountain View.

Reasonably priced, can pay your rent on line or through a mobile app, on site maintenance staff. They have cleaning ladies clean the hallways and laundry rooms regularly. The apartments are very spacious with a lot of closet space. They are feline friendly and do except some dogs.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Mtn View. They have been more than courteous and have done an excellent job at answering all my questions, returning calls, and keeping my best interests in mind. Maintenance is VERY quick and does an excellent job at responding to maintenance requests that I have had. The apartments are very nice and spacious as well as affordable! I am beyond impressed. Very quiet community and very comfortable place to live. I can't say enough positive things about this place. My experience has been phenomenal and of all the apartment renting experiences I have had, this has by far been the most pleasant of them all. I would, and have recommended Mtn View.

I have lived here for about three years and my experience with Kim and Anita has been positive. They are quick to respond to requests and are easy to work with.
There has been times where maintenance has been sketchy. We had one guy "fix" a water damage problem in our ceiling by simply cutting out the damaged part of the ceiling and stapling plastic tarp over it. It was left like this for about a month. When management found out they had it properly fixed right away with s new maintenance person.
Neighbors can be loud but Anita had always helped me out whenever it was excessive.
Most apartments I try to call rarely answer their phone, but these ladies will almost always answer or get back to you right away.
Some updates in apartments would be appreciated, but it was clean and my time here was pleasant.
