I was a little apprehensive due to some reviews on yelp. Needless to say, Im a little confused as to why people are complaining. My entire move in process was handled in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I knew that they were short handed at this property and very busy yet they still managed to get back to me on the same day and help me out with the application process. My leasing agent was Ram and hes been so helpful and nice to me. I appreciate that a lot. The leasing staff at Weidner is exceptionally helpful and friendly. A leasing manager from one complex connected me to the Flats and thats how I found this complex. Her name is Denise and Im glad she helped me. Im new to the state and Im a tenant whose income is state disability. I experienced some discrimination from other complexes but the Flats at San Tan made no issue. The property is nice and my apartment is super spacious and cute. The amenities are also great. The complex is surrounded by nice stores and the neighborhood is relatively new and looks nice. I truly cannot thank Ram and Denise enough!

We were able to schedule a same day tour of the apartments and all the amenities they have to offer. The staff was very welcoming first entering the leasing office. We had the pleasure of taking the tour with Ram who was very kind and funny! He made us feel at home and completely comfortable while checking everything out. The flats have anything and everything you could ever want and is almost like a resort. We cant wait to move in!
