As an ATSU student, I really enjoyed living at Sonoma Landing because it was 5 min from campus and very close to any shopping you could need. All the front office staff are very accommodating and friendly, especially Jessica and Claudia. They remember all of their residents which makes coming to the office a pleasant experience. Also, they are all problem solvers which I appreciated being a resident. Any time I put in a maintenance request, it was completed very quick and the job was done right. The amenities and community are always clean. The gym is quite expansive with all the equipment you could need given its smaller size. I used the computer room for the free printing often. There are also plenty of trash and recycling bins scattered throughout the community. I lived in a one bedroom apartment and it was a good size and good layout. It came with a built in desk which was an awesome perk to have! All my neighbors were very friendly and respectful. I felt safe living in the community, and because it is gated, I never encountered random people wandering around. There is also 24 hour security which was nice. Overall, I would recommend living at Sonoma Landing because of its great community, wonderful location and memorable living experience.

I've lived here for about a month and love it so far! The ladies in the office are really friendly and super helpful. The neighbors are clean and quiet. The apartment internet connection was ready to go which was extremely helpful. Finally the parking that is assigned seems to be working out nicely. I've lived other places where assigned parking is regularly taken by others or people randomly park in areas that are not parking spaces but I haven't seen any of that here which is great. Thanks for making this a good place to live. Keep it up!

I moved in in the beginning of December. Although there have been a few minor issues since I moved in, they have been taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. Me and my son so far have been pleased. Have not used the pool or the fitness center or anything yet so I can't rate any of that. So far Jessica and the team up front have been very professional and very accommodating and helpful. I like all the painting that's being done. I talked to them and they are going to be putting in US postal service lockers for packages. We shall see what happens when it comes time for me to renew my lease in 8 months. But so far we're pretty happy.
