Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both the interior and exterior. The owner is responsible for payment of the annual HOA dues and basic lawn maintenance, which includes mowing, edging, and blowing. Any landscaping maintenance beyond basic services will be at the owner’s discretion. Tenants are responsible for watering the landscaping in accordance with current City of Georgetown water restrictions, as well as payment of rent, utilities, renter's insurance, and pest control services.
