The owner will consider a dog during a lease term. Owner approval of pet is required and ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $30. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation). There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet deposit (per pet) and a monthly $25 pet rent fee (per pet) in addition to the base rental amount.
The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable. We encourage prospects to apply for the home once they are 100% sure they are ready to move forward with leasing this property. We do not hold properties.
