Antuan from maintenance
Antuan truly went above and beyond to ensure i am comfortable in my unit. I had a plumbing issue and Antuan was on call. He called me personally immediately after i put the request in, and came to my unit 3 times (i stepped out) to resolve the issue. Further, he checked back in days later to make sure there were no follow up issues that were noticed after he left. Truly A1. I lived here for 3 years.... the leasing office is dope too... so is the gym in 10301

This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never, right? I can't thank Christopher Carter enough for my apartment search experience through to my move-in. He treated my quest to find the perfect apartment as though it was his own-- I had many requirements and questions to which he patiently and gracefully responded. I honestly do not know how he responded to my many emails so quickly while tending to other residents! Even months after moving in, Christopher remains the same friendly face that I first met before becoming a resident. I am very happy that I moved to Avalon Grosvenor Station and truly lucked out having Christopher assist me in my search/selection of my apartment home.
Had a great experience with Avalon here, particularly Sadequi who was very helpful in helping my family get adjusted to our place!

I wanted to take a minute to highlight Avalon's Kevin. He is the biggest asset to Avalon's team. He always takes a minute to check in on me and my dog and goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is running properly. I recently commented to him in passing conversation about losing my wallet the night before. To my surprise, he decided to go throw the complex's dumpsters to try and find my wallet. While I enjoy our conversations, his work ethic and going the extra mile makes him an invaluable asset. I hope Avalon realizes what a wonderful employee they have on their staff and gives him a raise. I will gladly renew my rent as long as he is here.
