As you make your way through the rest of the house, you’ll find that each room just gets better and better!

If you’re looking to host a large party or celebrate a milestone event such as a wedding, anniversary, or birthday, we also have a nearby standalone party venue available for rent separately. With enough space to host 80 guests and plenty of parking for 25 vehicles, it’s a stunning location with picture-perfect backdrops to capture your special occasion - a grand staircase, sparkling chandeliers, waterfront boardwalks, and a forest! There’s even a stone fireplace next to the soaker bath in one of the bathrooms!

Both the game room and office are multi-purpose with sofa beds so you can watch movies, play (or work) late into the evening without disturbing anyone.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Please note our occupancy is 16 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.
