Second Floor Apartment with Brand New Appliances and Granite Counter Tops - Minimum income requirements (before taxes and combined between all applicants) are as follows*:
1 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom: $50,000 per year
2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom: $55,000 per year
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: $60,000 per year
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: $65,000 per year
*Co-signer requirements: must provide documentation demonstrating three times the minimum income requirements stated above; before taxes*
Must show proof of taxable income (paystubs, valid job offer letter, etc.) and valid (and current) photo ID. The apartment cannot be held off the market until all potential leaseholders have submitted a complete application along with all required valid documentation.
Amenity fee of $200.00 due upon move-in.
Holding deposit of $500.00 is required to be paid immediately after approval and is non-refundable 72 hours after approval.
Application Fee is $35.00 per leaseholder (Through Online Application or Certified Funds Only), fee is non-refundable.
Security deposit ranges from a minimum of $500.00 to a maximum of two months' worth of rent.
The apartment can only be held for a move-in date of up to 14 days from the original available date.

Pet rent: $50.00 per month per dog, $40.00 per month per cat
Non-refundable pet fee per pet: $350.00
