I lived here for about a year, but it was mainly because of the location and decent price. The new management made attempts to update the buildings on a surface level, but there are a lot of underlying issues.
The biggest issue is the absolute lack of soundproofing. I could literally hear everything my neighbor was saying through the walls.
Also, I dealt with an ant problem all summer long. Each week, someone would have to come to spray some kind of repellant, but ants came out nonetheless. They would disappear in one spot and then show up in another. I was so grossed out! It was my first time ever dealing with an insect issue at an apartment. Parking was also not ideal. The gate leading to the resident floors was usually always open, so there was not sense of security, and the stupid lever that led outside of the parking lot would constantly not work, causing back up and delays in getting out.
Another thing that was extremely frustrating was how the people in the leasing office would literally NEVER pick up. If I wanted to get someone to answer, I would have to call about 3 times in a row.
Overall, don't let the new "fancy" features distract you. This complex is really not as ideal as it may first seem just from a tour.

Not sure on the ugly reviews but Since Ive moved here, Ive had nothing but an easy and pleasurable experience due to the leasing office staff. Ive had troubles with my upstairs neighbor (which is normal living in any apartment) & when I brought the problem to Management attention, theyve been patient, understanding and has done everything to help me with my troubles even including purchasing me a white noise machine to help cancel some of the noise. Anytime Ive had any type of Maintenance request, they were all completed within the same day despite of how big of a complex it is. Victor, Sophia, Jordan, Anna & Jessica are all a great team. Theyve been very understanding and are willing to go above and beyond for their residents. This is the best experience as far as with any Apartment complex since Ive moved into the DFW area.
