PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Yard Maintenance:
Unless prohibited or otherwise regulated by applicable ordinance or law, Tenant is responsible for watering the yard at reasonable and appropriate times. Watering is permitted on Wednesdays and Saturdays only, between 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Watering is not permitted between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Renter's Insurance:
Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide a copy of the insurance policy to Landlord within seven (7) days after the effective date of the lease.
