Your built-in air conditioner is located in the living room and is adequate to cool the entire apartment. Updated windows eliminate drafts and noise and are easy to open and clean. Resident pays a $75 flat fee for gas (heat, hot water, cooking) and water, and pays their own electric bill directly ($30-$40/mo).
Laundry is located on the bottom floor. Well-maintained coin-operated machines with a laundry sink and space to store your soaps/detergents. You don’t even have to walk outside to get to it! Heated, clean, and well-lit.
Off-street parking in the back is accessible from the alley. There is a common rear entrance for convenience that leads to the shared hallway. Guests will have no trouble parking on the quiet one-way street with parking space on both sides.
Lawn care is provided, and landlord takes care of regular maintenance. Refundable deposit $600. First month’s rent and deposit must be received before moving in. Tenants will be screened on the basis of income, credit, rental history, and criminal and civil record. Our ideal tenant has a credit score of 600+, combined income of 3x the rent, and a clean criminal/eviction background. Application/screening fee of $35 per applicant. We may approve a cat to live in this apartment, but no dogs. There is a $35/mo pet fee. This is a smoke-free building. We do not accept Section 8.
