This place is old and needs to be updated. I don't like how the manager said I brought roaches to the place when my stuff wasn't even in the apartment yet. How did I bring the roaches when there were dead bugs in the cabinet and along the baseboards? There's no microwave or sprinklers. The laundry facility on site isn't free and is not 24/7 and the walls are super thin.

Please Don't live here because of the ROACHES! Didn't know we had some till four months into the lease. Signed for a year. Wish we didn't. Groundskeeper sprays for bugs once a year, I don't believe that's true with the amount of roaches we had on a daily basis. 2-5 per week would show up. We had to buy spray ourselves and try to kill them. VERY VERY DATED. This place needs upgrades. Had horrible leaky faucets, 3 out of four stove burners stopped working, dish washer broke and leaked water, carpet stains up really quick, really loud busy road. Can hear cops and other sirens all the time in the area. Small living spaces. Bedrooms are nice size but I'd rather have a bigger living room than big bedroom since you spend the majority of your time in the living area entertaining guests or just to hang out. Noisy and rude neighbors. Wish they had a car limit since you only get one parking spot but other neighbors own more than three cars, it gets hard to find a parking spot. Walls are paper thin, can hear neighbors talk or music. When at the pool it can get packed very quick and neighbors bring speakers and play load music. Wish the pool rules were enforced more. No laundry hook ups. They do have a Laundromat on site and have to pay $1.25 per wash and per dry. Not too bad but it's always packed and busy. You either have to do your laundry early in the morning or sit in there till a washer is open. Only rating it one star because of the huge pool. Although the price is the cheapest in the area, I feel like you're only paying for the pool since the apartments are old, small and roach infested. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND.

Don't, just don't. The rent may be appealing compared to the other apartments in the area but don't be fooled. There are no washer/dryer hook ups in the apartment, the place hasn't been updated since they built them in the 60's, and the neighborhood is not safe. Hearing sirens and having police around is not uncommon. My husband and I couldn't get out fast enough. And if you have pets, don't even consider it. We paid a pet deposit and then $40 a month to have two cats with claws. When we moved out, they charged us $100 for their potato sack curtains because the cats put small holes in them. When we asked why what we had paid (nearly $1000 total) didn't cover the damage, they said we paid for the privilege of having cats. Paying more in rent would be way better than living here.
