I moved in last summer from NYC. I ended up renting a two-bedroom because the one-bedrooms at the time were full. After some months, I noticed that there is a lot of move-in/move-out going on, so people don't really stay here - for various reasons I would assume. I met with the leasing office and toured the model apartment before making my choice. My apartment didn't look anything like the model apartment I saw. For instance, the model had curved archways while my apartment still had a square-like appearance. My least favored areas of these apartments have been the bathroom and kitchen. In the bathroom, there's foam used to cover holes beside the bathroom cabinet under the sink and the floor around the toilet has rust marking from what looked like water damage. Maintenance takes time to respond to requests, but this has been kind of consistent so I think it could be because of the size of the complex. I've decided to move out due to a break-in that happened before my sixth month of residency here. Since then, I haven't been entirely comfortable with the complex. After that break-in, I asked to have my front doorknob changed because it looked a lot like the bedroom doorknobs. After initial protest from maintenance the change was made. Overall, I'd neither discourage or encourage anyone to move here. You can't beat the price, views of the community are great from the patio and the complex is conveniently located. But there is a lot of activity in the part of the complex where I lived (I've had people come to my door trying to sell me on a new energy company almost every other week and have had packages stolen or left by my door completely empty after contents were taken), maintenance can be slow and sometimes unprofessional (one asked me for money and a ride on two separate occasions when I was getting ready to drive to work in the morning). If you're moving for cost and convenience I'd recommend being here.If you're more interested in comfort and peace of mind, I'd avoid this complex. Again, not so much because of the leasing team but primarily because of the area dynamics.

I just recently moved to Surrey Square a little over a week ago. Ana Ventura was outstanding overall in assisting me with my rental process. She made the application process seamless and the transition to my new unit stress-free. My apartment is very spacious with lots of closet space and nice size bredrooms. Thanks to Ana for helping to make my moving experience a great one!

I have been here since 12/2016 and I have not had any problems or issues. I am happy with my unit. I applied on line on a Friday night after 9 I think and Saturday morning I was getting a call back at the same time I was walking into the office. Staff is very nice and professional especially my leasing consultant Ana and the Ernest who showed us the unit. The only downsize is that you can't have puppies but I still love my unit and I'm happy with the community.

I love living at Surrey Square! My apartment is large and spacious with lots of closet space which I really need. The staff is always courteous and professional with a smile to greet you when you enter. When I place maintenance tickets in they get completed immediately. I would recommend this property to family and friends!
