Under California law, applicant(s) with a government rent subsidy have the option, at the applicant’s discretion, of providing lawful, verifiable alternative evidence of the applicant’s reasonable ability to pay their portion of the rent.
*For military personnel, a deposit is equal to one month's rent.
One pet allowed with an additional $500 deposit.
*A reasonable accommodation will be made for all tenants with an assistance animals. Assistance animals are not classified as pets and do not require a deposit.
