This place felt like a real home for us. It was cozy and close to south campus. The staff fixed what we needed. The free food in the clubhouse is lit. I loved how heating and water and cable was included. Took off one star because of not being able to divide our rent among our roommates for the online payment. I had so much extra bank fees for doing cashier checks, and the ant problem. But other than that woodcrest is a great place to stay, we had many memories here, I'm moving to skyview on campus and I will miss woodcrest. It was definitely my home away from home .

I've loved living at Woodcrest! The neighbors have been awesome and management takes noise issues seriously which helps when we need to study. Maintenance is really speedy and friendly, I especially love Mike! The office staff is really nice and always seem to be having fun. If you're looking for a great place to stay while you're in school Woodcrest is the place!

We've lived at Woodcrest for almost a year now and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff has always been super friendly, accommodating, extremely helpful, and prompt. Anytime I have needed even the smallest repair it has been fixed within 24 hours by the really friendly maintenance staff. Maintenance is here everyday, so it isn't like they have to call out to a separate company, if you request something in the morning, they may even come that day. If you are a student, the location is great, it is very accessible to NAU (I ride my bike to classes in about 7-10 mins), there is also a bus service that runs right around the corner. All of the neighbors have been cordial and quiet which has been really important to us. We live on the second floor and have never had any complaints about noise, I've heard that being on the ground floors you can occasionally hear the people above (sorry downstairs neighbor!). The sauna and jacuzzi have always been clean and well kept.The price is on par with the rest of flagstaff (eek). The only thing is that they charge quite a large pet fee so if pets are in your future, be prepared to pay a decent sum, but they warned us of this before we signed our lease. I have waited for this long to write a review because in the past landlords/rental companies have thrown charges and costs on me that have been out of the blue or unwarranted, but seriously, this place has been great.

Been here for over a year and I can honestly say this is a great place to live. Never have had any trouble with the staff and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. They are very helpful and is definitely a convenient housing option for college students as there is a bus stop right across the street that takes you to campus for free with an NAU ID.
