The Club Villa property at 3059 Sea Marsh Road is a 1500 square foot, unfurnished, townhouse that is located on the 9th hole of the Omni Hotel, Oak Marsh Golf course. The million-dollar view includes the marsh, golf course, and the Amelia River. The spectacular sunset will wow you every evening.
As you enter the property through the front gate to the Villa, you enter a well-lit courtyard that leads to the front door. Once inside you will see an entry way and hallway to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a spacious pantry. Off to the right of the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and a new clothes dryer. The laundry room is spacious with shelving and a rod to hang clothing. There is a door to the laundry room if you wish to close it off from the kitchen.
As we move through the townhouse you will note the half bath with a beautiful vanity, mirror, and lighting as well as a marble counter top. This bathroom as well as the other two full baths include toilets that are tall comfort height.
As we pass the beautiful granite island we come to the dining area. The space is large enough for dining table and chairs and a breakfront. Additional storage is located under the stairs.
