I love my apartment and I love the property. I also love the office manager Theara. She is just so wonderful she is the best of the best. She is kind, gentle and she provide the most high customer service. When I call for maintenance they are fast and respond right away.
I've lived here since 2015. It's quiet, it is nice the scenery is so pretty. I like my apartment. Maintenance is good. Office is nice and willing to help.

Thank god apartments are loaded with cheap CHICKS on the HEN program waiting to be plucked, sucked, and you know the drill.... The office even has a DNA swab-off the last thursday of every month which matches you with the apartment number of the HO who just had your baby. I knew a guy who got three apartment numbers. He just moved in. Thats an apartment with a free source of milk he said. How about some Rita with your cheerios?

Clean and I do have a beautiful view of the Redondo ocean water so I would rate 4 stars but the prices here are outrageous for these small outdated apartments I will be moving at the end our lease that's for sure

I absolutely loved living here, lived out my whole lease in these apartments. The view is amazing and is worth an extra 100 bucks a month. They are a little outdated, but if anything goes wrong they were always quick to fix the problem. Rent is not too high considering the rest of the area, it is competitive if not cheaper. The community is beautiful and quiet. It's very hard to find quiet well kept grounds in Federal Way. Once my fridge went out and they replaced it with a brand new one same day, no questions asked. The manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I'm not sure why the other reviewers had such bad experiences, as all of my neighbors were very happy living there. But reading their reviews makes it seem like perhaps it wasn't really a problem with the apartments, maybe the renters were the problem

Great apts...amenities are a lil out dated. But, everything works. It's a pretty quiet community. However, there are some other communities that seem to be busier and a lil more ghetto. But, I dont notice it to much.
Love my view, love the bay window and the whole Apt is very open and airy.
