It looks totally unfinished. The outward appearance looks forgotten. Even Prince Charles would appreciate an upgrade.
The windows are not insulated, so you will get a cold draft in the winter, run your HVAC constantly. There is additional storage lockers...
The windows are not insulated, so you will get a cold draft in the winter, run your HVAC constantly. There is additional storage lockers for a fee. Valet trash was cool to have. Amazon delivery boxes were nice. Location downtown is great to walk...but don't trip over the homeless (more of a city problem, not the apartments fault). I hope you like trains...because you will hear the horns day/night... Toot Toooooot. Staff is friendly. Everyone seemed to have a dog, pet friendly also, but the owners' don't clean up when their pups can't hold it in and piddle in the hallways... you can smell it. Walls are thin, but floor/ceilings are quiet... won't hear much from someone above... it's the sides you might hear from, if they're quiet then not a problem. Bob Barker would not say the price is right... way expensive per square footage, especially for Fayetteville... I mean, it's Fayetteville and like 2k/month for 900+ sq.ft. Not much storage space in kitchen. I won't say it's the best, nor the worst... it has its pros/cons. 2.5 stars, but will round up to 3, google no like half-stars.

I have lived at the Residence at the Prince Charles for almost a year, and love it! Its convenient to the ball park (can watch games from my window!) downtown dining and shops, and really close to my office near the hospital. The apartment has modern appliances and decor, and the building has cameras and lots of access safety features that I really love. Finally, Michelle is amazing to work with! Great property manager!
