What a great community to live in! I enjoyed every bit of time I lived here. Very home-like feeling apartments, beautiful pool, GREAT area, and great management!! They were so kind and hardworking! Some of the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people you'll ever meet! I only worked with Sidney, but she's for sure the one to talk to if you're thinking of touring or leasing! The apartments are great for the price and so close to Lagoon and Station Park Mall! Super clean, loads of amenities, and child and pet friendly (they have a splash pad and a dog park)!!! If you're even considering taking a tour, call Sidney and set something up! You'll be glad you did!

Park Lane village has been an amazing place to live. The maintenance is very responsive and extremely friendly. And Brooke Gelling has been an amazing person to with in the office. She knows everything that is going on and will take the time to listen to her tenants. The gym and pool are constantly maintained and always clean. I would recommend living here.

Ive lived at Park Lane for a couple years now and have LOVED it! Management does a phenomenal job at creating a sense of community, which is hard to feel at apartment communities sometimes. There are monthly resident activities and they host yoga classes!!! The maintenance team is on top of work orders, and are always super friendly. I would definitely recommend living at Park Lane to anyone. Thank you for making it such a wonderful place to call home!

I've been here over two years and it has been a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful - especially Kelcie and Katie. Any questions or concerns are always addressed and fixed promptly. The maintenance is also great! With minor fixes in my apartment, they always seem to get them fixed within 24 hours. I am extremely satisfied with this complex and would highly recommend it.

Me and my wife have lived here a year and absolutely love this place. I used to live here a few years ago, and because of the staff, maintenance, and the grounds; when me and my wife got married, I had to move back. We are moving out next month and we are sad to leave. If you are looking for a great place to call home, hands down this is the best place. Every thing you will need is at your finger tips, and the personnel who run the grounds and office are top of the line. :)

I have lived here for 3 years and I don't plan on moving out any time soon. I have had nothing but great experiences with the office and maintenance staff. Maddy is very professional and always greets me with a smile. sometimes i just go into the office to chat with her, while catching up on tasks in their business center (just one of their FABULOUS amenities here) I have not needed many concerns addressed, but when I have they are always handled within 24 hours and with satisfaction. If you want a nice apartment, clean community and friendly neighbors call Park Lane Village.

If you want to experience living in a third world county, try Park Lane. They really drive experience here. Arrived home last night to find our water wasn't working. Called maintenance, assuming the pipes in our building were frozen. We were informed they turned water off for "maintenance." We didn't receive prior notification for this. No email. No phone call. Nothing. It's been about 15 hours with no estimate of when water will be back. When we moved in, there was a pile of dog poop in the wash room. Park Lane even knocked out a fiber cable this week that took out half the internet in Farmington. They really go the extra mile. Experience. Can't wait for what's next! No electricity? Who knows.

DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS COMPLEX. When we went to sign our lease agreement we were told that the complex did not offer a 12 month lease because they didn't want a bunch of tenants moving out at the same time. That is understandable. We were given the option of an 11th month lease or a 13 month lease. We opted for the 11 month lease, which meant that our lease is up in November. When it came time for our lease's end, we submitted the necessary paperwork for our 60 Day Notice. Shortly after, we received an email from management stating that they received our 60 Day Notice and confirmed that our move-out date would be November 30th. We moved out in the beginning of November, but had paid for the month of November anyway to fulfill the lease agreement. As it turns out, sometime in the month of November, they went under new management. I was suddenly being asked to pay rent for December because according to the new manager, we signed a 12 month lease, which was NOT CORRECT. We even forwarded him the emails from the previous manager stating that our move-out date was confirmed to be November 30th. I told him there must be a misunderstanding because I most certainly did NOT agree to a 12 month lease and I was not obligated to pay for the month of December. We promptly went down to the office to discuss the issue with the new manager. He claimed that they'd never received our 60 Day Notice and it was not found in their records. He continued to insist that the lease we agreed to was 12 months and we needed to need to pay for the full month of December. Baffled, we asked him to pull out his copy of our lease agreement. Clear as day, you could see the previous manager's handwriting on the lease agreement stating that we agreed on an 11 month lease and he COMPLETELY DISREGARDED IT!!! So even though we went through all of the necessary steps to end our lease, and had been moved out for almost a month, they were demanding that we pay Decembers rent. I had to repeatedly spell it out to him that this was a mistake on their part and I am NOT responsible for December's rent, but they continue to relentlessly harass me for the rent via email. They decided to "compromise" by putting me in contact with a third party that would help us set up a payment arrangement for the month of December, even though we were NEVER obligated to pay for it in the first place. We agreed to pay it anyway because we didn't want to go through the legal trouble. Not to mention, we left the apartment in pristine condition and they refused to give us our deposit back. My mother was once a leasing agent and she claims that what they'd done was entirely illegal. I'd also been advised by a few different lawyers within Utah to take legal action, but chose not to bother with it. If this were to happen to me now or in the future, I would most certainly take them to court. In my honest opinion, these guys are crooks. Though it seems dramatic, I would advise anyone that plans to move into this complex to get it in writing, on recording, do whatever extra that you need to do to obtain evidence of the lease you agree to. Horrible experience.

The apartment is nice. Other than that... I lived here for a year, and had a terrible experience. We found mice living in our appliances 3 months in, and when I called to get them replaced (fridge and stove) they replaced only the fridge, and it was a broken one that they put in. Then, reported a nasty wasp problem we had, and they came to inspect and claimed that there were no wasp hives to fix when they were ALL OVER THE PLACE. Then, we had our kitchen sink fall out. When I submitted the work order they had to contact a private contractor to come fix it. They gave the keys to the contractors and let them enter our apartment without ANY notice. I'm literally dealing with this right now. Can't wait to move out in April. The staff has no idea what they are doing and it's nearly impossible to get a hold or any management that can make decisions at this place. Please, if there is anywhere else to live, heavily look. The rent is very expensive for the living space, and the staff is uneducated .

Since moving out, I've had to lower my rating to 1 star. You might be reasonably satisfied while you're there, but don't EVER plan on moving out unless you want to be charged a FORTUNE. I've never seen such dirty tactics and I've rented many apartments and homes. I was an extremely clean tenant and even received assurance from the office upon moving out that I wouldn't be charged for anything due to the amount of time I lived there. Wrong! They charged for every little ding, dent, and hole in the wall. They charged for re painting and re carpeting, even though it HARDLY needed. And they charged exorbitant rates! When I asked for invoices that justified what they were charging me, they sent my account to collections. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

I have lived here for a year and a half and I have no plans to leave anytime soon. The apartment is fantastic, the building is quiet and the facilities are the best around. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I love the special things they do around all of the holidays. Parking is a not ideal that's why I pay for a garage and another space, problem solved! I highly recommend it here unless you are loud or annoying and then stay away from home!!

I have been living at Park Lane since June 2016. I would like to start by saying that their service is far superior to any service that I have received from other apartment complexes. The leasing team was very professional and informative. Madison was pleasant during our tour, and her concern for our specific needs really struck me. Similar companies push the sale to receive compensation for renting units, but not at Park Lane. My unit was in pristine condition when I moved in, paying rent is simple through their online payment, and whenever I have questions I get a response within the hour. I would also like to say that their maintenance team has been a joy to work with. They are hands on and have addressed any fixes in a timely and constructive manner. I have had great experiences at Park Lane, and will continue to Lease here until I am ready to buy a home. Thank you for your great service Park Lane! You are appreciated, James

Fined the second week for my ipad playing a movie too loud. AN IPAD! Breaking the lease very soon, as beautiful as the scenery can be there's only so much a person can deal with until they're finally fed up.

I find it interesting that there are a few negative reports on their experiences with their stay at Park Lane. I signed on because I found the apartments to be clean and very well designed, for me and my daughters needs as well as the proximity to all things shopping and the train as well as the legacy trail that we enjoyed almost daily. The staff was very pleasant to work with even if they were somewhat new to their positions they helped me understand the rules and regulations needed as I moved in as well as when I needed to move out a year later. I signed on a dotted line just like anyone else, and wasnt ignorant to the fact that I was renting and with that came my own personal responsibility. No one can expect to rent from any business without first understanding that that business will hold you accountable and not want you to take advantage of them anymore than you would want them to take advantage of you. Its a business agreement and a highly efficient one as well. The staff was always available to answer any questions I had pertaining to parts I didnt quite understand and I was able to check out without a hitch. I even got reinbursed because I followed the rules and kept them in the loop with what I was planning, so they could accommodate my needs during that process. While I was there I enjoyed the many amenities they offered and excellent customer service and experienced neither hostility nor neglect to my needs during my stay. I would imagine if you are hard to work with there is only so much they could do to help your understanding. Sorry, to hear that you had such bad experiences there but since I was there as well, and experienced just the opposite I can only imagine you brought it on yourself. You have a responsibility and due diligence to make sure you enter into an agreement with no surprises, if this happened to you sorry to inform you, but youre not renting from your parents you cant just make it up as you go The rules are laid out and there are no issues as long as you are not ignorant to that fact. I am not nor would I ever be a staff member; I wouldnt want to be one especially since I would have to work with so many diverse uncontrollable personalities that are always more willing to complain rather than understand that living in a community has regulations that apply to all. No exceptions.

The manager at the time, explained to us that they do not EVEN OFFER a 12 month lease because they didn't want everybody moving out all at the same time. You just have to stand your ground and not be a complete doormat if it does!

Please join the Park Lane Apartments Farmington Utah Facebook page. I think it is easy to spot an employee's attempt at damage control in the positive reviews. However the one's I have read are spot on to my experience. Major complaint is terrible and ignorant customer service. The staff is not trained properly and even the manager herself has made excuses for some as they were still "in training" My unit was not clean...pubic hair around toilet and in tub. The vents were filthy. Needed paint, nail holes filled. Washing machine did not work on Day1, and maintenance crew put in a new one on Day 2 but hooked up hot water to cold and cold to hot, thus ruining an entire load of my cottons. It took 3 unprofessional men to accomplish this task. My biggest grievance has been in an undisclosed charge for common utilities. I moved from out of state so I was very diligent in asking appropriate questions as to all the fees that were going to be accessed. I was told every charge but this one. Basically the residents pay for ALL the properties gas and electric. It is divided per unit, not person, so a family of 4 will be paying less than a single. We also have to pay the electric on people who have a garage or storage unit as well as the OFFICE and all their computer's, lighting, microwave, frige. The property has very little overhead this way. The units themselves are modern but very poorly constructed and I am not exaggerating when I say the freight train that goes by several times a day shakes your unit like a 7.5 magnitude earthquake. None of my pictures hang straight. I can only imagine the wear and tear on this building. I was looking for a short term rental and the least expensive but all the fees add up. The management team is shady and I would encourage you to read all the reviews, join my facebook page and find another property.
