It is being offered at $2295 per Month with a 6-Month Lease Term to start initially.
Security Deposit of $2495 will be due at the time of acceptance offer, asked for as an initial hold deposit, which will then be applied towards the security deposit amount at the time of lease signing and move-in.
The first month’s rent, in full, will be due later on at the time of the agreed-upon lease start date.
The second month’s rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month.
This home is ideal for a single adult or a couple. It is not recommended for children, as the property is not entirely fenced, the pool is not fenced, there is a floating deck with no railing off the backside of this unit, and due to wildlife being able to come right on up as well, pets will not be considered at this time. Please note there is no laundry in this home or provided, but the downtown laundry mats are 10 minutes away next to a grocery store, bank, and other conveniences, so you can combine your grocery shopping trip or other errands with laundering.
Please note there is no on-site mailbox; any and all package deliveries and mail will require an off-site PO Box set up by the tenant and at the tenant's expense.
All monthly utilities: gas, electric, water, garbage removal, internet, WiFi, and TV are included in the rent amount listed. Only utility overages (ask to see rules regarding specifically stated overage amounts) in excess of these amounts will be charged to the tenant monthly as they occur. Note the new unit is very energy efficient as it has the highest quality insulation and window ratings, so overages rarely occur, if ever.
This home has a mini-split heat, air conditioning, and fan unit installed with a remote, also a dehumidifier, and the renter is provided with a remote gate opener and personal parking pad inside for safety.
This home is on Septic. Please note that any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant’s responsibility during the lease. Be careful what goes down all drains.
Landscapers and Grove caretakers take care of the entire grounds at no charge or expense to the tenant.
Basic TV and Internet Wifi will be provided with rent, but any additional services or higher speeds needed will be the tenant's responsibility and in addition to the rent. Please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address. A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or mgmt may be required to be listed as an additionally noted / insured on the policy.
