This is a perfect place to get out in nature, breathe some fresh air and get away from the city. It is quaint with a friendly staff that essentially leave you alone unless you need something. Run by a family, I enjoyed my time here.

I booked 2 nights for a business stay. It was the only hotel that was not booked full. For $129 per night I expected a nice, hassel free stay. I was very disappointed. First, the staff barely lifted a finger to check me in. It is like everyone moves in slow motion. That's ok, I guess I can hold my bags and wait for you to get out of your chair in 20 minutes. When the lady took me to my room, there was a bug in the flower vase. I walked to the back deck and there were stray cats on the rear deck. The final straw was the breakfast. You pay $10 for an "organic" breakfast. It was cereals that were in too much humidity and clumped and was stale, muffins and rolls surrounded by fruit flies, and juices that were over a week outdated. I am not sure that this is the "Maharishi" expereince, but perhaps it is. I never thought I would ever wish a Super 8 had a room open, but I find myself wishing exactly that. If you read this and still stay here, you deserve the experience.
