Studio apartment in the basement of a single-family home in Ridgefield, CT ("Lakes" area). With its own separate entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom, this apartment is more or less completely private from the main house. Currently comes furnished with a couch, TV, full bed, mini fridge (in-unit), full-sized fridge (in basement common area), table and chair - but we’re happy to remove anything if future tenants want to furnish themselves. Access to shared washer/dryer with my fiancee and I (who live on the top floor), a propane grill, and designated parking spot. Also access to fenced-in backyard if you come with a pet. Cats and dogs welcome, additional $50 per month per pet.
House is located in a beautiful neighborhood, low-traffic with tons of lakes that make for pretty walks/runs. Also walking distance from Bennetts Farm State Park. Convenient to Ridgefield (8 mins) and Danbury (15 mins).
Rent does not include utilities, which consists of 1/3 of the electric bill, not to exceed $125 per month.
