Ive lived here almost two years and, despite being an older community, its one of the better ones in the area. The property managers are fairly responsive and competent as well as pretty nice. The maintenance team is fantastic and always quick to respond; if they dont have an immediate solution they find one rather quickly. Those guys are so great. Ive lived in quite a few apartments and this is one of the best maintenance teams Ive encountered. Like I said before, its an older complex but, theyre constantly making improvements. Its dog friendly and none of the neighbors are problematic. Its not a high end luxury apartment but its a nice place with basic amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) and no pests or break ins; thats really all I need. The only real issues are the lack of visitor parking with only four spots out front that you cant park in for more than 48 hours and the ongoing issues with the dumpster situation. The parking makes it hard to have a partner or out of town visitor stay over without jumping through hoops. The garbage situation is just gross and tacky; the dumpster isnt big enough for the amount of residents plus no one follows the rooms so there are always random items filling it up that shouldnt be there. I think of those two things could be improved upon, this place would be a lovely little hidden gem in Fairfax.
