The Falls at Flint Hill is more than deserving of a 5 stars rating. I moved into my beautiful, spacious 1 bedroom apartment Jan. 1st 2018 not without causing a lot of stress on a few people at management who were working on my application, in particular, the senior leasing manager, Ms. Patricia Amin. I had a time frame between my move out dated of Dec. 31 from my previous apartment and my move in date into the Falls. On top of that, there were other issues that has to be dealt with. To make it short, Ms Amin handled the situation with so much efficiency, speed and I am sure quite a significant knowledge of her craft, and a combined team efforts of those who worked with her on my case, I was able to move in on the dot. Thank you all!. Now, I am all moved into my new apartment which will be home for me and my dog Joshua hopefully for a good many years. It is a lovely home, the community is beautiful, quite, safe and close to everything I was hoping to find. I like the cosmopolitan mix of young professionals and retired residents. Whichever group you belong, there are a number of activities to meet your fancy, Falls at Flint Hill has got one for you. Let me not forgot to mention that Maintenance and housekeeping personnel are helpful, friendly and quick to take care of any issue. I have not seen one just standing around, they are always working on something outside or in the hallways inside.

The apartments are beautiful, nice and clean. quiet! But their renting process and all is horrible! So much headache! we rented two apartments in the last couple months from them and the process has been nothing but headache and pain and waste of time!!!! Tamia and Patricia helped us which wasnt help at all! All the wanted to do was to rent and make commission and money! Their customer service is zero! Adam has no clue about anything either! I hope they changed their management and hire people who are nice, authentic and don't constantly give you a bad service!

This is an amazing place community to live at, there is so much to do with in the communty and the surrounding area. The property Manager and all of the property staff are beyond professional and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. This is a very multi-mix of residents that enjoy living here. I personally love being here and hope to be here many more years to come because this is home for my family and don't see us been else where!

I've lived here for nearly 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences. I like my neighbors and love my apartment. The management is fantastic. They are always helpful and have solved my issues quickly and are willing to work with me. The amenities are wonderful and I look forward to another spring and summer enjoying my community.
