Lived here for about 15 months ending May 2017. This was our first apartment, so we didn't have anything to compare it to, but we found everything relatively enjoyable. We liked the the living room space especially the large glass door looking into the woods, and the bedrooms were a good size. A few cons:The parking tended to fill up more than expected, but there were extra spaces a short walk from our door. Our A/C unit quit working, and while maintenance was quick to respond initially, they were slow to move to more extensive solutions once the couple initial solutions didn't work. There were also some positives: lots of green space to walk our dog with pickup bag posts throughout the campus, management was able to quickly install a different faucet upon request (taller neck), and good amenities such as the pool, gym, and grilling area. In short: decent apartments, great greenspace/amenities, not so great parking, and rent was a bit on the high side, but fair.

It is a quiet neighborhood, nothing bad happens here, it is an upcoming neighborhood, it is very close to the highway, close to Union City/Newnan/Fayvetteville/Tyrone/Peachtree city/etc, the ONLY downside about this community to be completely FRANK/HONEST and you will notice it too after living there every single person usually moves after their rental agreement is up. Expect for your renewal lease agreement not to just go up by a couple bucks, it will go up by $200 to $300. If you are not paying $1,000 already in rent at this location be prepared for that sticker shock. To be in the outskirts of the city of Atlanta [25 to 30 mins away] and for property to demand so much money in monthly rent is outrageous. Some ppl renew, but most ppl like myself move away. It's not worth it especially since they use the rental scam "market rate" to come up with a person rental amount which is a fancy tool that management properties use to charge more in rent. PROS: Great community, near a bunch of eateries, close to the highway, very spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood, gated community, on site pool and laundry, low to nonexistent crime, CONS: That renewal contract is going to be $200-$300 more than what you are paying now. They will tell you they don't know how much it will be for you to renew your rental lease, but they are lying it's going up by a lot.

Pls take your time to read another review at the bottom which is similar to mine. Some people go through so much that they just leave in peace and not boteher to write a review. Some hispanics that lived below me told me some things and I knew they were straight out being taken advantage of and prejudices towards. .very sad. .. I faced many things from racism, being bullied and picked on by staff and mainteanance due to ignorance, also had a breakin which I'm sure was done by maintenance (also unprofessional), and so much more. I will explain more in other reviews. It's not worth the price. You are only paying for being in a gated community and a fence that makes the olace stand out from the road. The gate has no bar.so many people sneak behind me aint no tellingg who they are. Safety compromised. If you are not lucky the treatment will make you feel like garbage....I will explain all my trouble of living here in further reviews and you can be the judge. Most of my immediate neigbhors were also displease and told me they were moving out after lease.

I Lived at the Fairburn complex for 3 years. I had very few issues arise while living here. When I did have an issue, the office staff and maintenance team were quick to resolve the issue. The grounds were kept clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay at a clean and friendly apartment complex.
