Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. Lefler Estates also has an onsite laundry facility and spacious community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings.
