Original log cabins are scattered throughout the neighborhood, this one tucked into an Aspen grove giving it a serene, private feeling without being isolated. 10-15 mins to different grocery stores, various restaurants and bars in Bergen Park. 20 mins to Red Rocks. Half hour to central Denver.
My name is Laura, I own the cabin. I’ve been lucky to have wonderful, friendly relationships with all of my renters in the past, and hope that continues. I’m currently based in California but grew up in Evergreen and Denver. I have family friends in the neighborhood who can help with local resources or things like snow clearing after a storm. Utility fees for internet, gas and electric not included.
