Hi I have changed my reviews back to 5 stars, I am not biased or provide false information to people, it is not in my customs and culture. Recently I had Electrical Issues, they came with electrical contractors and fixed it late last week, I was just checking that circuit breakers may get trip again or any outage in bedroom, but it is more than 10 days, nothing happened, hence light fluctuations sometimes but only few times, but overall 95% fixed. I am Thankful Linda, Manager Kyle, specially Ramon and other staff, I was mean to him, I should apologize to him. I know I should not be rude to Ramon. He is nice guy. Definitely electrical work was on highest rate and I had no other problems. Definitely I would recommend to everyone... and 5 stars. Since June 2017, I had no issues except this one. Thanks

I dont think this is right community to live in. Circuit Breakers are keep tripping and they are threatening me, not to use items... I am immune deficiency non physical disability patient and I have to have connected every time with my surveillance cameras with medical agencies and family members, they are forcing me not to use computer and appliances and illegally took pictures of my appliances without telling me.. and I have less than 15 Ampere items but they are not understanding it. I have had electrical majors in my college. Power lines are completely garbage and fluctuations in other parts of my apartment, I referred 2 other people but they are also disappointed in different problems.. windows are on very lower class and cheaper materials, and worst hot water system.. If I move from here, I will move out with other people (my sisters) and they will intentionally lose business.. Manager Kylie was okay, but other staff including maintenance people are just ridiculous.. they threatened people and not to discuss anything in politely.. I would not recommend this property....updated today 02/20/2018

My two years at this apartment complex was a learning experience . I read reviews and I see a lot of bashing the people that run the place. I have never had a problem with them. When something breaks it gets fixed . Its the residents that do not valie where they live . Not all, but certain ones that just do not care . The maintenance men are very friendly ..bottom line .. Apartments are beautiful.. Paople that live there ... Some good some bad.. Like anywhere you go.. Just hopw it gets better..

I am a new tenant to Post Oak East. I was told last week That i needed to sign my lease on Monday bc my apartment had been sitting to long! My apartment has worn carpet and the manager Kylie refuses to change it. I called corporate and they refuse to change it as well. Whoever had the apartment before me didn't care for the carpet u can tell! They try to convince me that there is nothing wrong with this carpet! Of course they will say that bc they don't live here! I will NOT STOP until I get a regional manager or VP or they let me OUT MY LEASE WITHOUT PENALTY OR SIMPLY CHANGE THE CARPET! After all im having to look at the nasty stair well with dirt, food and gum stains. At least I should be happy in my apartment!!! NOT TO MENTION THAT I GO TO FOG MY APARTMENT AND IT SMELLS LIKE MILDEW /WET CARPET DUE TO AN AIR CONDITIONER LEAK!!! I hate this property already!!! Renters STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! I will PERSONALLY STOP PPL FROM RENTING HERE EVERY TIME I COME ACROSS THEM IN The LEASING OFFICE!!! I will let ppl know that THE COMPANY DOESNT CARE AND TO SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! DONT RENT AT POST OAK EAST IN EULESS, TX!!! You will be sorry!!! Clueless, Incompetent,liars with no care or concern for how they do business. I put down a deposit w application 3 weeks before my move in day and they completely screwed up every part of the process..so much so that the place wasn't ready on move in day and I was left homeless.4 times I was called to the office to correct paperwork., 2 weeks it took them to do a work verification.Once, I was told by leasing person Monica that the place was ready, when it wasn't. And day before move in, the "manager"Kylie offered me another unit.. handicap assessible, that smelled like piss, needed new carpet n paint, that she would "just have it cleaned". And when I confronted her with their failures, demanded answers ..tye manager Kylie?called the police on me. Not once was I offered an apology...no nothing! She wanted to simply return my deposit. send me on my way, just disrespectful the lack of morality. This woman showed no care whatsoever and its pitiful. The entire staff needs to be replaced with individuals who are willing to take responsibility and have pride in what they do, realize the impact they have on peoples lives. I'm filing complaints with BBB and am in touch with corporate. I want these people..manager, Kylie? and her staff held accountable and I won't stop until that happens.

The apartment management doesn't care if your appliances work, or if they are a health hazard. They are concerned only with if they are paid. And no matter how long you've lived there, if you're somewhat late you will receive hateful and threatening letters on colorful paper either on your door, but mostly on your table inside your apartment

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I love my apt. The apts are nice, its the people that live there that are scumbags. The office staff is HORRIABLE!! Cynthia the office manager doesnt give a crap about anything and the assistant office manager Toni thinks her crap dont stink and is better then everyone since she moved up to asst mangager. They dont care if you have any matience issues, it takes months for them to half fix things. I have lived there for 2 years and it is only getting worse. I am moving as soon as my lease is up!
