You wont get your deposit back even if you keep the apartment clean. Staff are nice but never on the property. Parking is a nightmare. Also a lot of sketchy pedestrian traffic. Make sure lock your car here.

The staff is great. Kathy was always helpful and despite the fact that there is only one maintenance guy (Josh) he always seemed to get things fixed the same day or the next day. It is an old building so it is not as posh as the new places in town but the rent is affordable. The appliences and cabinets are old, as are the single pane windows. There is no AC which is something to keep in mind for the summer, but they pay for utilities so you can have your place as hot as you want in the winter. It is not a no smoking building, so check out the room before you rent, some floors are smokey some aren't. Overall I enjoyed my time here.
